Job Description: 

  • Do the employee selection process,
  • Help the candidate recruitment process,
  • Take care of administration in the recruitment process,
  • Interview selected candidates,
  • Fulfill requests for the needs of employees who have been submitted, etc.



  • Female, max. 30 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Law.
  • GPA min 3,00.
  • At least 1 year(s) experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Have experience in using and interpreting psychology test.
  • Able to interview and negotiate with third party.
  • Fluent using microsoft office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Powerpoint) and internet utility tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill (oral and written).
  • Willing to work hard, honest, neat, disciplined, firm, and responsible and have strong commitment.
